Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of hms.mistarstudio.dev and our live demo (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site gives information about MiStarStudio HMS. Using HMS for a hostel is covered by a separate written agreement. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement applies.
3. Plans, prices, and fees
Prices on the Site are in Ghana cedis (GHS) and are for information. HMS is offered as an annual license with a one-time setup fee. Fees on HMS-facilitated online payments and reservations are confirmed during onboarding, and payment gateway charges may apply separately. Final prices, features, and fees are set in your agreement with us. We may update the Site at any time.
4. The demo
The demo is a sample workspace with fictional data. It is not a real hostel and does not process real bookings or payments. Please do not enter real personal or payment information. We may change, reset, or withdraw the demo at any time, and features shown may differ from those in the plan you choose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; disrupt or overload the Site; copy or scrape the Site at scale; introduce harmful code; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or pretend to be another person or organization.
6. Ownership
The Site's content, design, branding, and software belong to MiStarStudio or its licensors. You may view the Site for your own evaluation of HMS, but you may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
8. No warranty
We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", and information on it may change.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, MiStarStudio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Ghana.
